How do I stop getting email?

We ONLY send email to subscribers who have opted in to our mailing list, and you can unsubscribe at the bottom of every email that we send.

If you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter and stop getting emails, then click on the "Manage Your Subscription" link at the bottom of the email that you received. You will be directed to a webpage for managing your email subscription preferences. 

If you are unable to unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of the email message, then most likely the message is not from our company and someone may be pretending to be us. PLEASE save the offending email and create a help ticket describing the problem so our team can investigate it. We will reply to your help ticket asking you to forward the offending email to us, so that we can trace it back to the offending party.
