What if it doesn't agree with my body or makes me feel sick?

Some people are very sensitive to dietary supplements no matter what they are taking. If you feel nauseous after taking any dietary supplement, then you may need to take it with additional food and liquid, or always take it with a meal. If you still have trouble, then take fewer capsules with increased frequency. For example, if you take 4 capsules once per day, then try taking two capsules with breakfast and two capsules with dinner.
